The rules of the road for using CastLocal.
These terms govern your use of castlocal.uk (“CastLocal”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or creating a listing you agree to them. CastLocal is a directory and introduction service — we are not a party to bookings made between members.
You must own (or have permission to use) all photos and content you upload, and your listing must be accurate. We may decline or remove listings that are misleading, unlawful or harmful to the community. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a licence to display it on CastLocal.
No harassment, discrimination, spam or unlawful behaviour. Treat members professionally — we act on reports and may suspend accounts that put others at risk.
Rates, dates, usage and cancellation terms are agreed directly between members. Put agreements in writing. We may assist with reports of misconduct but cannot arbitrate commercial disputes.
CastLocal is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from member interactions, bookings or content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
